We make this quite often in our family. Instead of using Pancetta though we fry up bacon.

For a person who doesn't like brussell sprouts these are awesome. The kids even ate them!

This sounded wonderful and I'm not sure what I did wrong, but the sauce was so salty (and I didn't even add salt that I had to dump it.

My family gagged when they heard brussel sprouts were on the menu. Then they tasted these quick and easy treats. I had zero leftovers and completely clean plates.

I love this sooo much as a side dish. It's just fantastic! Such a good combination, and if the brussels sprouts get realy nice and caramelized, its so perfect!

We eat brusselsprouts in our household a lot, but they are made steamed and plain. When I read this recipe it made it sound full or flavor and was shocked that it actually came out that way. The first time making it however, it was a bit salty so I didn't add any salt the next and it came out perfect.

I was anticipating something great after the reviews and really wanted this to turn out well, but the sprouts were still pretty bitter to me. The "Sauce" was great though. Teenage nephew and his friend seemed to like them, I served with skillet chicken parmesan and angel hair pasta.

My husband and I made these the first time we hosted the family Thanksgiving holiday dinner. We added a splash of balsamic vinegar to add a little sweetness but they were great without it. The brussel sprouts were a huge hit! No leftovers.
