I made this with frozen brussles sprouts and it still turned out great. I loved the flavor of the pancetta. I got requests to make it again next year.

Amazing! This recipe made me try brussels sprouts for the second time. (The first time was 25 years ago and I vowed to never eat them again!

I made this as a side dish for Christmas Eve dinner and it was fantastic. Everyone loved it, even if they thought they didn't like brussel sprouts.

    Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful!
I made these at Thanksgiving and even my family members that swore they didn't like brussel sprouts devoured them. Cooking them in the chicken stock makes them so tender they melt in your mouth!

very good, my family enjoyed it, although I will not add salt. It was too salty for my taste.

This was the first time my husband and I had eaten brussel spouts. We were so tastey and yummy! We both loved them and can't wait to eat them again.

Wonderful way to prepare Brussels Sprouts. I have eaten them overcooked and bitter all of my life. This recipe left them firm and tasty. There was no bitterness at all. I am now trying to convience my son to fix them for his family. All he can remember is overcooked and bitter at Mom's house. The best part is that my husband said he thought they were great! We will do this again. Thanks Giada
