    These were delicious and easy to make. I really liked the combination of flavors, especially the sun dried tomatoes. Definitely try these if you are looking for a simple way to fancy-up your burgers.

    Very good! I've never used mascarpone cheese before and it was melty and devine after the warm buger was placed on top. Served with a green salad. Will definitely make again.

    Made over the weekend. Followed recipe. Only change: added 2 Tablespoons Butter as suggested in another review. Very tasty and filling! My boys said they were like huge meatballs grilled like burgers. Only suggestion: if grilling on an outdoor grill, spray grates with non-stick cooking spray as burgers tend to stick when you try to flip. Bottom Line: Delicious!
