This dish was time consuming but well worth it!!! Fresh tortellini is amazing! The simple butter sauce really compliments the taste of the butter-nut squash! Might as well triple the portions while your at it so you can freeze some for a meal "down the road". For my first time ever making tortellini it was rewarding and delicious!

This is the best pasta dish that I've ever made. It's definitely worth the time.

I made this for a bunch of my friends and we could not get over how amazing this was. I couldn't get over how easy it was to make. I loved it and can't wait to make it again.

What a combination of flavors! I thought the dish was absolutely out of this world. My husband didn't rate it as high because he was stumped by the flavors. Men.

This recipe was delicious. It is time consuming to make, but the effort is well worth it! I would recommend making the squash filling the night before.

My husband was blown away when I told him I made these tasty little morsels from scratch. They are incredibly delicious and easy to make. I froze half the batch, and when I boiled them for a second meal, they were just as good. Can't wait to try some other fillings!

This recipe was fantastic!! I was so excited to try it after seeing it on the show. The flavors were amazing, the presentation was beautiful and it was a unique dish in my family. It made quite a bit more for me than just 36 so I froze the rest. The preparation time took quite a while so make sure to prepare ahead of time. It is also quite filling so a little will fill you up fast. What a great meal!!
