It was delicious and easy. The dressing had only 3 ingredients + alt and pepper,
cant beat that for easy. I did not have shrimp so I grilled some chicken instead.

Ok... for starters, I'm generally not a "salad-kind-o-guy" so liking this recipe enough to review it... You know it was great...! This recipe was a standout for me. One, because I don't often eat salads, and two, because I make them even less.
This recipe is s little bit of work, but easy to follow. The flavor of each ingredient comes through without overpowering the others and they all work well together. The lemony brightness of the dressing brought me back to my days in Los Angeles (and reminded me of how I ate much healthier back then.
Here’s the best part… I decided that the recipe makes 4 entree size portions. Calculating the calories, I came up with approx 450 cal./person... It's great tasting, satisfying, and under 500 calories... This is one I will do over and over again...
Bottom line... you've got to try this...
    Thanks G.

Overall the salad was astonishing, filled with flavor ,and colorful i wondered if it was ok to use medium shrimp or chicken because the supermarket i went to the shrimp was to expensive! I hope that was ok?...

I just finished making this salad and it was one of the best salads I have ever eaten. It is a meal in itself. You won't believe how the flavors come together! You must try this.

Have made this salad 3 times and each time gets better. when the dressing was missing i added a mango vinegrette; also great without dressing. Third time around i added fresh avocado. Just love it although it takes more than 14 minutes to make.
