This recipe was SUPER tasty, my family loved it! I cooked it just as Giada said making only one change, I didnt have the pepper she suggested and being Jamaican I substituted for our local scotch bonnet pepper. It tasted really good, if you don't like hot leave out the pepper, the spices makes it tasty so you won't miss a thing. Best chilli I ever ate :

It is awesome. I have made this several times. Recently, I discovered I was sensitive to gluten. I substituted quinoa flour for the wheat flour, and it thickens just as well as wheat flour. It makes a tasty gluten free dinner.

Kind of disappointed with this chili, it was decent but not exceptional. I was a little suspicious about not charring and peeling the poblanos, which I usually do. Despite all the seasonings it was unremarkable. The quinoa, however, was excellent. My first time making it (used the pine nuts and parsely and I can see getting addicted to it. I went back for seconds of the pilaf and skipped the chili.

This chili is absolutely wonderful! We didn't eat it the first day so all of the flavors could blend and it was great. Everyone in the house loved it. Great recipe!

Giada has a great gift when it comes to chili and soups. I am always thrilled to try out her recipes, especially when they are made with healthy ingredients and so much flavor. THANK YOU AGAIN for another delicious keeper.

I just made this! It literally took about 20 minutes start to finish. I'm letting it simmer now to develop the flavors. One change I made was to add cornmeal instead of flour. It thickens it a bit and gives it that yummy cornmeal taste, without actually making polenta. Love polenta, but not so keen on quinoa. Will serve it with good tortilla chips and some sour cream instead. Really good!!

Great chili! I didn't make the quinoa though, and didn't miss it one bit. Also added a touch of cayenne for some heat.

This recipe was very good and easy to make. My husband is not crazy about using ground turkey in his meals, but he never knew it was turkey until I told him. He said I could make it again, and in my house that is a home run!!

This is a really great recipe with lots of different flavors. I added diced tomatoes, red kidney beans, and crushed red pepper as well. It tasted great!
