Insanely good. Doesn't need so much salt, though. And no need for garnish. The recipe stands perfectly on it's own. Did the quinoa with parsley.

This chili was even better the day after! I used jalepeno's instead of pablano's to add a little more heat! It's amazing how many layers of flavor you get out of this chili after just an hour of cooking it!!!

Delicioso!! ...did not have brown sugar and substituted blackstrap molasses... Easy to make and adjust spiciness for kids and sensitive palates. YUMM!!

So good!! Makes the house smell divine. Made a few adjustment though because my husband does not like thongs super spicy. Substituted polanos for 1 Lg. red bell pepper and instead of 3TB of chili powder I did 1 heaping tsp. Also, for the quinoa I left out the pine nuts, they cilantro alone was tasty enough...besides I didn't have any pine nuts laying around. I thought this sounded strange at first but I'm so glad I had the nerve to try it. We've made it twice in the last month!

Easy to make. Hard to mess up. I highly recommend serving it w. the quinoa pilaf. The texture was great and the pine nuts made it taste special.

Made this for Halloween dinner and it was a hit. Would definitely make again. Added corn and additional beans. The quinoa added a great additional texture and depth to the chili and is a great way to get more whole grains in our diet.

This is the best turkey chili recipe - easy to make and full of flavor. I served it with monterey jack, sour cream, cilantro, and avocado.

I watched Giada make this recipe on her show, and it looked amazing. But when I actually prepared it, the Chili was fantastic! I have made it several times now, and have added fresh corn when I sautéed the veggies. The flavor is perfect, and I love the simple Quinoa with this! Bravo, Giada! Keep those healthy, tasty recipes coming!
