I substituted the artichoke hearts with fresh baby spinach! Boy this was quick and easy. One of the best pasta recipes I ever had.

I was intrigued by this recipe since I eat seafood only. The end result was wonderful! My husband (who eats meat and I really loved the dish! I couldn't believe how great it was, and I'm excited that it made so much so I can take some for lunch. I wasn't able to find the campenelle pasta, so I used farfelle instead. It was still great!

I can't always find some of the things on the show or I am too tired from work to go back out and get them. This recipe works great with a few variations. For example I used bow tie pasta and i used chicken in the can instead of tuna.I also topped it with green onions (white and green parts

    It is so good!

i didn't think i would like this. i didn't think i would like tuna with pasta. I was wrong. This was so good and easy to make but that not a surprise. EVERYTHING I have made using Giada's recipies has always turned out fantastic.
