I made this dish and I Love it!!! I used Brown rice Penne..The Tinkyada brand is the only brand of pasta I eat!!! I also used The Wholefoods brand 365 Artichoke Hearts. I also used The Tonnino brand of Tuna fillets with oregano and olive oil. I Loved this Tuna as it is wild caught and is yellowfin like the brand Giada recommended!!! I am funny about tuna in a can and always by Tuna in a bpa free can!!! WholeFoods comes through every time as these are in a jar $4.99 a jar and well worth it!!!! I Love Love Love this dish thanks Giada!!! Only question what do I call it since i used Brown rice penne instead of bowtie pasta LOL!!!!!

Loved this!!! I left out the thyme because i'm not a fan..but it was delicious.
Was even better the second night (heated up in the pan again makes all the difference and finished it off with a 25 year old balsamic vinegar..YUMMY!!
Will be making this for our Family Picnic!

Really amazing how this developed deep flavors and structure. Give it a bit to sit and the second day is even more divine.

This is a real winner! It was hearty, flavorful while still being light and nutritious. I added 2 tbs. of lemon juice, used penne instead of campanelle pasta and dried thyme. Served with fresh Italian parsley and grated parmesean cheese.

I made this a few days ago-- it was delicious! I added a little more olive oil and I used fresh ground sea salt along with the fresh ground black pepper. I am going to make it again very soon! Thanks!

Yummy! I made this for my mother on Mother's Day. She really enjoyed it. I loved the chunks of Tuna in it combined with artichokes. I used Canned Italian Tuna.
I didn't have Campanelle pasta so I used bowtie pasta instead. I wasn't sure about using cherry tomatoes but they made the pasta salad taste brighter and fresher!
This reminds me of another great Giada dish. Her Tuna Artichoke Panini sandwich. This tuna/artichoke combination is just fabulous!

Very good, I've served it warm and added cannellini beans or garbanzos at times.

Sad to say but this was awful. Made it for a cookout this past weekend and there was a ton left over. I offered it to folks to take some home but all politely declined. I had some the next day hoping the flavors were more balanced but the bad taste was just intesified. Just a bad combination of flavors. Ecch.

Great recipe, although I made it with chicken instead of tuna. This will be even better when cherry tomatoes are available locally.
