    This is a nice, light supritse to the palate. I've seen something similar to this being served in a restaurant as an appetizer. It's a great way to impress your friends or that someone special without breaking the bank.

    I'm not a big wine drinker; however, my boyfriend is a wine connoisseur. I made Giada's recipe with a mixture of very good pinot noir and merlot, with organic whole cane sugar. We finish the whole 4 servings!
