THIS WAS DELICIOUS.I made this for my family. And in my family there are some very picky eaters, but everyone was a fan!The caramelized onions get so sweet and brown.Sausage is so delicious. And the gorganzola in this pizza gives it a great bite.Blue cheese can be kind of strong but it was not over powering.I strongly recommend this dish.

The caramlized onion & sausage go nicely together, and the basil on top is fantastic. I altered the recipe because of our taste. I used only about 3/4 of the sausage and 2/3 of the onion and then added 4 oz sliced mushrooms, which I cooked with the sausage. I drained off the fat. I used pizza dough I made in the bread machine. And I added pizza sauce before putting on the sausage mixture. I topped it with 2 cups of Italian cheese (4 types. It was fantastic! My husband doesn't like pizza in general, but he ate 4 large pieces. He kept commenting on how moist it was, unlike other pizza!

Delicious pizza! Replaced the blue cheese with mozzarella and was still very tasty.

This made a delicious pizza. I used white onions and it came out great! We grilled our pizzas, which is a fantastic way to cook them. The sausage and onion mixture can be made way ahead of time, and that's always a plus! Enjoy! Thanks Giada!

The flavors of this pizza were meant to be together. Only issue was a soggy crust. Maybe next time I won't roll it as thin. Definitely worth experimenting with next time.

Used whole wheat dough... amazing; and it was so filling in a good way. The onions did take a little longer than expected, but it was worth it. Will do it again. Nex time might try using green onions and less sausge. Great recipe.
