Simply amazing. I pureed it in my Vitamix until it was insanely smooth and had leftovers for the next night's meal.....Roasted Balsamic Chicken also from Giada:

This was wonderful! I used the leftovers as main dishes for other meals and I'm looking forward to making it again. (In the interest of full disclosure, my husband didn't like it; but before I had even made it, he didn't like the idea of "puree". That turned out to be okay -- all the more for me! It had a surprisingly sweet flavor and even a bit of heat. The only thing I think I'll try differently next time is maybe a bit less pepper...but it was delicious even as it was!

This is sooo good. I made this and put it under a grilled Talipia topped with a medley of corn, black beans, bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, cucumber and avocado. SO DELICIOUS!! My hubby couldn't stop talking about how much flavor it added. Will make again and experiment with what it can go with.

This was absolutely the best. I made this for my husband last night with the tilapia recipe from the episode and it was a hit. I made it exactly as instructed except I didn't add all the liquid to the blender and I simmered longer than 25 mins. I froze the remaining liquid to use as gravy for another dinner. Next time I will cut on the amount because we had left-overs for 3 days. This was really great.

Love this! I added lots of extra garlic and kept the puree a little chunky. Also kept most of the remaining broth for leftovers. I used vegetable bouillon and did not add any extra salt. This is a keeper!

Absolutely delicious! I made this for a vegan friend and used orange juice and a splash of dry white wine for the liquid. This is a wonderful recipe that children and adults will enjoy. Great use of fall veggies in a new and delightful way. Love, love, love!

So, so , SO good! The broth really gave it a rich flavor. You would have thought there was cream in this but it's extremely healthy and delicious.

This was fantastic; so delicious and easy! As I was making this for just my husband and myself, I had to guess at the ingredient portions....no worries, it came out just fine. I'll be making this over and over.
Thank you Giada for another great recipe!

simple and easy puree. I had watched the show and didn't look at the recipe, so I made by memory and forgot the chicken stock and used very little garlic. probably gave it a purer flavor. I'll make it again. I used it as a bed for grilled grouper with a herb rub. It was very light and healthy. will make it again.
