This is the best way to eat cauliflower! Made this tonight for my family and it was a BIG hit!!! I did not have any sourdough bread so I just used some left over hamburger buns and it worked great.... Will be making this again in the very near future!!

This was absolutely fabulous! I made a few changes: I omitted the butter and used Pam butter spray because I made bread crumbs from the biscuits I had earlier for breakfast. There was just enough oil from the biscuits to toast the bread without any additional aid to toast the crumbs. I also used turkey bacon as a substitute and my family loved it. I will definitely make this again.

Loved loved loved! I love cauliflower any way I can get it. My husband however, hates it cooked. Needless to say, this recipe won him over. I made it for the family for Christmas and since it was such a hit, a new tradition. Thanks Giada, as always!

Struggled with the bread crumbs. Too much. Also, I added a little bit of salt when told to. I should have know better because bacon and capers are salty. This dish was too salty for us. The raccoons had a feast that night.

SO WONDERFUL! My entire family loved this recipe. Nice change up!!
I have also found (as said prior if you want to save time and use canned bread crumbs you dont need as much or mixture will be overly thick, try using 1/2 cup less... or increase your liquids to taste. If you have light panko italian style bread crumbs I find that the lightness of them is a wonderful compliment.... just a thought ;0 I have tried with so many dif cheese types... always wonderful and worth the time! WONDERFUL RECIPE!!! Hats off to the chef!

This recipe is soooo good! All of the flavors really complement each other. The only change that is necessary is less bread crumbs if you use store bought. 2 cups is excessive. You only need 1-1 1/2 cups at the most. You'll see.
