My family loved this with the Pasta Pionza that we made. Make it easy on yourself and make sure the butter is at room temp. This will help to ensure that the mixture doesnt clump up and make diffcult to blend.

The whole family absolutely loved this bread. We served it along side pasta with Mario Batali's bolognese sauce and a salad, and it was perfect. My scallions didn't have much white and I use white cheddar, so my cheese spread looked very green (not the most appetizing thing in the world but the taste more than made up for it. I used the ciabatta for those who like crustier, crunchier bread, and also put some on an Italian loaf as a couple of people prefer softer bread. It worked well on both. Thanks for the recipe Giada.

This excellent. I made Giada's chicken white bean chili and rather than bread, melted this mixture over tortilla chips. My husband went crazy!!!

This is a great way to explore somthing beyond just traditional garlic bread. And its so easy! Excellant bold taste that will go great with so many dishes or even great as an appetizer/snack. I've added little shrimps also, soooo yummy!

OMG! This stuff is soooooo good. It tastes like something you'd have in a restaurant.
I've just made the spread again and this time I just put the spread in the fridge and we've used it to make "garlic" toast on regular bread. My husband mixed it in with plain left over pasta. a spin on buttered noodles.
    It's just awesome.

The instructions didn't say what to do with the garlic but I threw it in the food processor and blended it in as well. This is by far the best garlic/butter/cheese spread out there!

This bread was yummy, I used way way way less butter than what's called for in the recipe and it still turned out good.
