If you're looking for a wonderful garlic spread, look no more! Giada's recipe is excellent. My food processor did not cooperate so I had to do some of the mixing by hand and it still turned out to be 'ooh lala!' The garlic, scallions and salt popped with flavor!

My only suggestion is if you're going to serve it as an appetizer, put it in the oven, then straigt to the table for your guest so they can get it nice and hot with the cheese nice and melted. It will not disappoint!

Someone below mentioned that the bread had to be dipped in chili otherwise it was boring...WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??? My guest could not stop eating the bread...before the lasagna was on the plate!! This recipe WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!

    Thanks Giada!

I made this with the chili from this episode and it was SO GOOD!! If it wasn't so fattening, I could have eating half the loaf! Great recipe and a definite crowd pleaser!

This was SO great! I didn't use the scallions because my guests didn't like them, but it still turned out perfect!! I have already made it a second time. I used a Multigrain Tuscan bread and it was delicious!

Had this the other night with grilled steaks and a salad. Awesome. Better than Clearman's spread. This is a keeper.

This was the perfect side dish for the chili! I wanted to eat the whole loaf by myself, but I had to contain myself....
