Easy and quick to make. Any kind of cheese would probably work nicely. I just used dried rosemary b/c it's what I had and they came out fine.

Easy. I bought Pillsbury garlic breadsticks and cut them in half CROSSWISE. They were terrific! Vary the cheese to what you have on hand but I think the Parmesan/Regianno is a must! Dinner group devoured them with their salad. PLEASE do not use pre-grated cheese!

These are soo good, and so easy to make! Be sure to get the real cheeses, because it makes a difference. The breadsticks turn out soft, flaky on the inside and gooey, crunchy, cheesy on the outside!

WOW!! Great idea! I did a big Italiain dinner tonight and, at the last minute, decided to include these. EVERYBODY loved them!!!! Flavor was great and it served as an appetizer! I did add kosher salt to the mix and my cheeses were what I had on hand.... add more Rosemary or some other fresh herbs... results are awesome!

Nice way to jazz up plain old bread sticks. The whole family loved these. I used a little Italian seasoning and had to substitute swiss for the gruyere. We will be making these often!
