After reading everyone's reviews, I made a few changes to the recipe. I used a smaller box of spinach, added 1/2c of crumbled feta cheese, 1/2c of chopped artichokes, and made my own pastry shells using the sheets, by cutting out smaller rounds w/ a cookie cutter, and removing the center after baking. These made perfectly sized appetizers and the taste was outstanding!

The spinach mixture was absolutely delicious and so easy to make. I used mini phyllo cups because I could not find pastry puff shells and they were the hit of my thanksgiving dinner, my husband has requested this appetizer for every occasion from now on. One guest who doesn't even like spinach said,"these are wonderful". This recipe has gone on my "Recipe Hits List".
