This is excellent my sister loved it and I was amazed that the kids ate them as well very well put together. One thing that I did not do was put them in the oven a second time for 30min only for about 10 to 15 mins. Have made these several time a they are a big hit.

Easy recipe, with great tasting results, and I don't even like spinach!

I made these for a dinner party as an appetizer and everyone raved about them. 7 people ate all 12 in 5 minutes!!

The recipe did make enough filling that I could have filled another 4-6 shells(for a total of 16-18 even given that I filled the 12 I had to the brim.

I made the filling and used the puff pastry sheets because my grocery store did not have the shells. Still came out tasty!

I am in the process of making this, I used 1/2 the amount of spinach b/c of so many reviews that it was too spinachy... I also bought mini pre-baked pastry shells b/c the large shells were too big, Ill let everyone know how it turns out, I am refrigerating the mixture and filling my shells in the morning and just cooking them long enough for the filling to warm and thicken b/c the shells are already cooked.
cross your fingers for me the party is tomorrow!!! =

Do not make these for appetizers! They are much too big. If you really want to make them into an appetizer, buy the pastry sheets, not the shells, and wrap them into bite sized pieces your self. Put the mixture onto uncooked pastry sheets and them cook them for the same amount of time as the shells. I did this the second time I made them. Also I used a lot more cheese and cream. They are VERY spinach-y if you don't use extra cheese. They are really easy to make, though.
