Delicious!!!!. Added a bit of honey to cut the bite of the goat cheese. My husband thought a bit of granulated garlic would be good on them and he was right!!!!!

My husband wanted me to make this for part of his Father's Day dinner, and we LOVED them. It was not rich at all. It was creamy and delicious. Sweet and savory. Thanks!!! We will be doing this for our next party!!

Great stuff for picking at. If you want to put this over the top, add some citrus. Add some fresh lemon juice, or even some lemon zest if you really like lemon, to the cheese mixture. Takes it to the next level.

These were awesome. Can't eat a lot of them though, but they are very, very good!

Truly decadent! Not a combination that most people would try, but it is worth it. It could be an appetizer or a dessert......melts in your mouth and very rich.

These are so good!!! I could eat the entire plate. I made them with regular dates and they were good BUT OMG with Medjool dates.....it took it to another level. I'm bringing them tonight to a New Year's Eve party and I'm sure there won't be any left. Thanks for the great recipe!

These are awesome! Nice combo of sweet and savory. I've taken them to two parties with great reviews. A little expensive to make, but easy to put together and not your typical appetizer. I like that they can be made hours in advance and stored in tupperware in the fridge until it's time for the party.

So simple and tasty! I found that there was enough of the cheese mixture to fill 1 1/2 times the number of dates.

I made this with figs, not dates, and used my own cinnamon basil, which I already had growing in my garden. It turned out wonderful!!!! I loved all the flavors together and my cinnamon basil has a little bite to it which added a spicy flavor.
If you'll looking for a something different and yummy, I totally recommend these!
