    This was the easiest soup I've ever made, and everyone loved it. I followed the recipe as given, but it's simpliciy allows for experimenting with other flavors too. Thank you for another family favorite!

    I agree with everyone here, it is surprising how good this soup tastes and how EASY it is to prepare. I didn't care for the parmesan crisps in the soup myself, but I liked them separately. I'm thinking that if you served a side plate with some of the crisps, with some chopped tomato, olive oil, parsely etc, you could "gently" scoop tomato bites with the soup. Try the soup it's excellent and so are the crisps!

    I loved the tortellini. I added scallions to mine. I love to work with refrigerated tortellini and wish more recipe would be featured on the Food Network.
