This is a yummy soup that is so quick you almost forget that you were in the kitchen. Pair it with the Parmesan Crisps and you have a comforting soup for a fast lunch or a light supper.

Of all the great recipes Giada comes up with why this one? It's really not a recipe, but more of a suggestion for serving. Canned chicken broth and packaged tortellini? That's it? I prefer to use my own homemade broth. Canned broth is just not good enough.

Good, quick, easy meal. I prefer to make it with spinach tortellini, but its great to make when I'm in a hurry but still want a home-cooked meal. But the parmesean crisps that go with them are phenomenal! I keep fresh parm on hand all the time just so I can make these whenever friends just happen to pop by.

This is so, so simple, yet absolutely delicious. We have made it several times for a light dinner along with salad, and now my daughter makes it for her college room-mates too!

Made my own chicken stock, and added the tortellini to the stock, chicken, and carrots. It was a nice change from the regular chicken noodle soup!

I made this soup about an hour before company arrived, and by then, the tortellini had absorbed most of the broth, so I had to add more. But it tasted excellent!

This soup is great. I can't wait to fix it for my friends on movie night. I have fixed it several times and will continue to fix it. It is really easy, and it goes great with Giada's cheese crisps. Add a salad and you have a vegetable too.

Very simple yet tastes very good. Quick meal, I pulled it together with the italian mixed salad in 15 minutes.
