i loved this soup! so easy it's almost embarassing. make sure to make the parmesan crisps. they really compliment. and use really good chicken stock or it will be slightly bland. i've also made this with a chicken and herb tortellini instead of the 3 cheese and it was really good too.

This soup was REALLY easy and delicious. The parmesan chips was a nice touch, too. I can say for sure that this soup will be a staple in our home.

This one was so easy I could not resist trying it. Went to the store and used organic low sodium chicken broth and then the tortellini. I will try adding more fresh herbs like we do with the mexican and spanish soups like cilantro, oregano, green onion in addition to the parsley.

Watched the show, made the recipie ten minutes later for a Saturday afternoon lunch. I used packaged refrigerated tortellini (from Trader Joes, canned broth, and good parm. Delicious and simple (if maybe a tad bland--add seasonings to taste. The parmesean crisps are very, very easy to make and take about 5 minutes--don't forget to add them. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes to make.

I LOVED this recipe! It was heavy enough to fill me up but light enough not to weigh me down. It was a major hit with the whole family. Even my ywo year old loved it!

This recipe was so light and tasty. A perfect soup before a meal and also makes a nice, easy, fast light lunch. I cook the tortellini in the broth a little longer and it makes it tastier with the cheese flavoring the broth. Even the teenagers like it.

Don't make this soup. I followed the recipe exactly. It had no flavor and wasn't cheap to make.
