I enjoyed the soup, it was very comforting. Definately DO NOT use regular chicken broth/stock it is way too salty. I used the regular stuff and had to cut it with lemon juice. It was still good, but it is better with the low sodium broth.

This is our summer soup! Light, delicious and most importantly easy to make! We added chicken and lightly sauteed mushrooms in garlic. We have experimented with different stuffed tortellinis and love the various flavors each type adds. Even better the next day!

My boyfriend loved this dish! I do think that i over cooked the tortellini though. It wasn't exactly al dente, a little too soft for me. Maybe that is why it wasn't my favorite. But, the presentation was beautiful! I had nice green bowls and with the Italian Parsley sprinkled over the top it looked like resturant quality!

This recipe is so easy to make- the parmesan crisps really are the "cooks touch"! My husband loved this one- I liked it just fine and would serve it for lunch with a nice salad and warm sourdough bread any winter day! My kids did not agree with Mom and Dad and would not eat it after tasting... but then again they like boxed Mac and Cheese...!

Although this soup was good, it was very good with the addition of the mushrooms and scallions suggested by another reviewer. I also added a little extra chicken broth to balance out the tortellini and vegetables. I made the Parmesan Crisps, but it didn't really seem worth the effort as they broke apart very easily. Next time, I think I'll just offer grated Parmesan for sprinkling at the table.

I love this recipe. It's quick, easy and is a great comfort food. In addition is delicious fast food that is light and healthy.
The best part is that it's a new twist to serving pasta. Nice change from marinara, alfredo, and garlic and butter sauces.
Don't forget the parmesean crips - they are a nice compliment to the soup.
