This was a terrific change. The smoked mozzarella and mascarpone really made this an outstanding dish. Another one for the list of favorites in my house. Thanks Giada!!

This dish is absolutely delicious. I made for my daughters birthday party. It turned out to be a hit. I came home with my dish cleaned.

I am,at best a beginner cook, and I made this and it was wonderful ! It was so easy to make (which I love. I could not find smoked mozzarella so I used just the regular kind and it was still very tasty.

I love love love recipes like this!!!

This is one of my favorites. I replaced the smoked cheese for regular because I don't like the smoked.

This recipe is so simple but tastes great. My boyfriend loved it. Unfortunately my grocery store was out of cheese tortellini and doesn't carry Marscapone cheese but I substituted with a pack of portebella and a pack of chicken and prociutto tortellini and whipped cream cheese. I will definately make this again. Thank you!

Very easy and very tastey. my husband gave it a 9.5 out of ten. We're still eating the left overs and I'm still not tired of it. This tortellini is so good.

This was awesome!! I ended up doubling the recipe to feed my pasta-loving family... there's no way the original recipe could feed 4 to 6 in my house!!! I used smoked provolone instead of the mozzarella (didn't want to buy a 1/2 lb package of the mozz& it was delicious. Giada even had dinner with us... my husband set my copy of Everyday Italian up on the table so we could tell her how much we enjoyed it! :-

You won't believe how good this is! I used chicken-filled tortellini, though, which I thought was FANTASTIC and will probably use from now on, rather than just plain cheese. My boyfriend and I completely over-ate this because it was SO good.
