    I made this once, thinking that the smoked mozzarella wouldn't be very good, but that is what makes this dish soooooooo good...my husband and I both LOVE this dish, we make it all the time. It's so easy, and so delicious. Everyone that I make it for LOVES it.

    Very ellegant and verrrry easy...used smoked munster cheese instead which added a very light smokey taste...impress your friends with this one!!!!

    This was easy and tasted very good. I didn't have smoked mozz so I used regular. I look forward to trying it with the smoked cheese.

    I used ricotta instead of mascarpone. I thought this dish was okay borderline good. But my boyfriend hated it and told me never to make it again. This has a very strong smoked flavor from the smoked cheese. Its worth a try.
