    What an easy dish to prepare and so good!
    The smoked mozzarella makes this dish!
    It's even better the following day, if it lasts!

    What an outstanding and easy dish!! Absolutely delicious! I couldn't find smoked mozzarella at the store so I used a combination of regular mozzarella and smoked provolone (love that smoky flavor and it came out great!

    I have never been very big on tomato sauces, so this was not one of my favorite recipes. To me it was okay, however, my family loved it. And it was so easy to make.

    I let my five year old help stir up the delicious sauce. He loved this and said he could eat it all day and night. Usually he is suspicious of white cheese stuff and fresh herbs, but he didn't even mention it. RAVES ALL AROUND.

    I made this dish for my picky kids and husband (who normally hates casseroles. It was amazing!!! The kids ate their whole plate and asked for more!! My husband BEGGED me for the leftovers for his lunch the next day. Absolutely wonderful!!! And OH so EASY to make!!!

    What a delectable discovery!!! A keeper. Followed the recipe as is with only two substitutions. Only had Spinach & Ricotta Tortellinis and Vodka Sauce in the pantry to work with. Guess what? This dish was out of this world as a main course. A gorgeous salad on the side rounded out the meal beautifully. Everyone should try this. They'll be handing the recipe out to everyone they serve it to.

    Even the finicky loved this dish. It was easy and very filling. Served with salad, hot bread and dipping sauce it was a real crowd pleaser. My crowd wants this on the table often.
