I love cheese and pasta, this was a wonderful dish but my kids weren't so pleased. I would use less pasta so I could have more of the sauce. Better then the restaurants that is for sure.

This is by far THE BEST Italian recipe I have tried from the Food Network. It also tastes great with four cheese ravioli!

I tried this recipe on friend last night. It is soooo easy. From prep to table, it took about 40 minutes. The finished product is incredible! I made one variation. I put thinly sliced tomatoes on top before the mozzarella. A very nice addition. This dish is a great, easy change from the ordinary. Thanks for this great recipe!

It wasn't bad, it seemed a little bland, didn't blow me away

This one's a keeper. I used Lidia's recipe for homemade marinara (plenty of garlic & basil. I overdid it a bit on layering the smokey fresh mozzarella; next time I'll use it a little more sparingly, but a delicious recipe.

This was GREAT! It is so easy and comes out perfect. I used ricotta instead of marscapone cheese and it works just as well. I will definitely be making this as a dish for my Super Bowl party!
