This is an awesome dish. Easy and delicious. Kids love it as well as adults. I am thinking of making some small meatballs to mix in with it. It works for an quick weekday meal as well as a dinner party.

I made this dish for a housewarming dinner for my best friends and the pan was cleared as soon as it was out of the oven! Everyone loved it and I will definately be making this dish again. The cheese and pasta makes it very filling so I would also suggest this as a side dish or served with some chicken. The original recipe is wonderful but also has plenty of room for alterations if one so desires. I highly reccomend this- best pasta dish I have ever eaten/made. Thank you Giada!!!!

I made this dish for my friend and I, and we liked it, but when we had the left overs the next day we both agreed it was even better reheated! He was going to havee THIRDS, but was saving room for the fresh brownies I had baked. I think reheating it softend up the toretellini more. I believe I didn't boil them long enough in the first place, but now I know! I am for sure going to use this one again!

This dish was the best! My husband loved it so much, he licked the plate after we finished it off. I decided to make another batch the next morning, and what do you know, that didn't last long either. I used shredded mozz, and dried thyme - DELIC! I used cheese ravioli for the second batch as well. Thanks Giada for an amazing, easy, elegant dinner.

I thought I had cheese tortellini in the freezer, but I didn't. I did have portobello mushroom ravioli, though, so I used that. It was so good. I wish I had enough to double the recipe so I could have eaten it for leftovers all week (my husband was the lucky one who grabbed the leftovers first. My husband couldn't find smoked mozzarella at the grocery store he went to, so he got fresh instead. I will definitely be trying this again with the smoked mozzarella - and will probably still use the portobello ravioli.

I used dried thyme (half of what you would use for fresh and I didn't use fontina cheese (spelling? so I used more mozarrella instead! This is one of those dishes where if I'm tired and want a fast, easy, yummy dinner, this would be it!

I wanted a bit more punch. I think next time I'll spice it up with some red pepper flakes. But, overall it was a good dish.

This was an amazing dish! I searching my grocery store for smoked mozzarella just to find out they were sold out but it was still great! Next time I hope to try it with the smoked mozzarella!!!
