Giada said she made these with Jade all the time so I tried making them with my 3 year old twins. They had a blast and gobbled the puffs up! The puffs are delicious and light and make for a perfect wholesome snack for kiddos. I used white cheddar like the recipe says because it was on sale, but I might try using regular cheddar next time to experiment. I foresee my kids asking to make these quite often, so I need to be prepared with the cheese on hand! Another great recipe Giada!

These were so easy to make and everyone loved them. I only had regular chedder and they turned out great. I will be making them again with white chedder.

I love how flaky the cheese puffs were. The kids enjoyed making them, but they didn't enjoy eating them so much. I think I used too much salt. I also want to try a bit of garlic the next time. Definitely, something I'll be experimenting with.

These very good, though I used regular cheddar instead of white, and they still turned out very good. I put some garlic powder in the oregano salt mix, and it turned out even better. These are flaky, cheesy and delicious. I found this recipe a week ago and have already made them twice, my third batch is in the fridge chilling. If you make these, you better make a double batch, because they go fast!

Love these easy treats! I divided into 4 batches for rolling out and topped each with a different spice: rosemary, thyme, oregano, and cayanne pepper along with the salt and used 4 different shapes. I gathered the scraps from cutting them up together, mixed them up, let them set in fridge a few minutes, rolled them out, used a different cutter, topped with fresh black pepper and call them the "everything" puffs! They all disappeared quickly!

This recipe is super easy and SUPER delicious! I used garlic salt instead of oregano salt because I prefer it but regardless. Definitely going to make this recipe again!
