    I just made this today; I substituted greek yogurt for mayonnaise and it came out great. I love the arugula pesto so simple but so good. Thanks Giada!!!

    I used this recipe as a guideline for ingredients I had in the house - store bought pesto and leftover grilled chicken. It was so good and really easy!! Now we have leftovers for lunches tomorrow - I can't wait! :

    Easy and Fantastic! I used 1/4 c. olive oil and 1/4 c. grapeseed oil. I don't have my food processor with me so I put in the Vitamix. Used lots of tomatoes and arugula and wrapped them in a multigrain flax tortilla from TJ's then squeezed lots of lemon juice on it as I ate. Served it to 3 men and all loved it. I will be making this often but I think I may prefer pita or perhaps lavosh bread for next time.

    ok so i was watching this today on food network during bird is the word weekend and she didnt even make the chicken. The recipe looks good but i think it would have been better if she told us how to make the chicken since she said she made it the night before
