I made some measurement alterations. I used 1/3 cup marscapone, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 2 cooked chicken breasts chopped up & a cup of arugula chopped up. My pinwheels came out great. I love the lemon zest, gives it a real zing.

Not super impressed with this recipe. I used half cream cheese and half yogurt instead of the marscapone and half the honey to reduce the sweetness like others had mentioned to do so. I couldn't taste the chicken; the ratio of chicken to cream was way off. I will not be making this again, however the idea on pinwheels got me experimenting with other ingredients. I love the idea of pinwheels, so thank you for that Giada:

I love Giada and have really enjoyed her recipes, until this one. There were so many things wrong with this, I actually had to improvise so that my boyfriend and I could eat. First of all, mascarpone is too dessert-y. The pinwheels were way too sweet, I could have nearly eliminated it. Also, I couldn't taste the chicken. I was kind of embarrassed to serve this, it was sickly sweet and totally confusing. C'mon Giada...you're my favorite!

It has potential. I followed the recipe exactly, should have read the reviews first. Too sweet, and i didn't like the arugula mixed in with the chicken. Next time I'll use less honey, more chicken, keep the green separate, add some scallions or chives

Made these and took them to a friends house for dinner and everyone liked them. I added some sliced green onion and only used 3tbs of honey, it was just the perfect amount. I loved the lemon flavor from the zest. Next time I will save some money and use cream cheese instead of marscapone, the flavors are almost identical. Oh, and I didn't mix in the arugula either, just put it on top. I also served these as wraps on honey wheat tortillas. Yummy!

Saw the episode yesterday this recipe was very good, quick and easy. We were all out of honey so I used plain greek yogurt instead and it was a nice alternative....perfect combo. The honey may have made it too sweet.
I like the idea of not mixing the arugula in with the chicken...will try that next time:

Saw the episode this morning and it was perfect because I have a potluck to go to today. I used whole wheat tortillas, I also did not mix the arugula in, but spread the mixture layer down, then a big layer of arugula, then rolled it. I don't like soggy lettuce, so this kept it crisp and made extra room for more arugula. It also looked really pretty in the roll, added another dimension of color and texture. A couple of suggestions: next time I'll cut back a bit on the honey, it was a little too sweet for me and the honey really cut the tangy-ness of the mustard (which I love. Also, I would leave a good amount of space at the last part of the roll without filling because it squeezes as you go and you want a good seal. On my last roll I only spread the filling on about two-thirds of the tortilla so I could get a tighter roll. I loved it and I hope my friends will too! It was fast, easy, and looks very pretty on a tray. I can't wait to brag that these are homemade:
