I don't get the bland reviews, maybe you left out some ingredients? This is a boiler plate, you can add anything you like. I followed the recipe and it was delicious!!!! A little under done, will uses a larger dish next time. Awesome!!!!

This dish was very easy to make and great for leftovers. Next time, I would add less parsley and more roasted peppers. I am going to try it with hamburger meat instead of chicken.

Fritattas have always seemed complex to me, now I love them thanks to one like this which is easy, fast and flavorful.

It was a beautiful dish both on TV and in my kitchen but lacked flavor. Surprising for a Giada recipe, it was very bland for our tastes. The flavors just didn't come together at all. I think it has great potential with the right adds.

Best and easiest fritatta recipe ever! I didn't have chicken but substituted 3 spicy turkey sausages (out of casings and fried/crumbled to the dish and it was outstanding. My co-workers begged for the recipe. Thanks Giada!

But for the way I prepare orzo, did follow the recipe (one of the few times I didn't "tinker". As orzo has miniscule flavour: Melt 2 tsp. butter in fry-pan on med-hi; stir in orzo & lightly brown 1/3 of it. Pour on 10 oz. chicken broth, (off the heat! cover & cook on very low 15 - 18 mins. but, check after 12 as, may need some additional broth. I think this added just a bit more flavour to a, very, nice dish.
