    Great recipe.
Too bad someone that didn't try it because they couldn't find an ingredient had the nerve to rate this dish 1 star. That's just pathetic!

(Remember, you can't always find the ingredients you need at a gas station.

I used leftover chicken (Spicy Honey-Brushed Chicken - it definitely needed that extra flavor. Very tasty and a good way to use leftover homemade creme fraiche (I can't get it in a grocery store so I just make my own.

I made this recipe yesterday for brunch and I loved it. I used sour cream instead of creme fraiche and fresh red pepper instead of roasted. This was so easy and delicious that I'll be making it often. I served it with a tomato and cucumber salad with feta cheese and balamic vinegar dressing and it made a wonderful brunch.

I saw this on T.V. one morning and decieded to give it a try. I loved it. I made a few changes though, kinda went the mexican route. I put it some crushed red pepper for some heat and my roasted red peppers had gone bad, so I used a tomato before it went bad. I am glad I did, what a differnce. I also used cilantro instead of parsley, because it was about to go bad as well. I ate it for dinner and what a winner. Highly recommend this one.

I wasn't certain what to expect from a frittata, but I love quiche so thought I would like it. This recipe was good, but I found it a bit bland. I even added garlic powder. The only thing I did different was to use sour cream because I could not find creme fraiche, but I wouldn't think that would affect the flavor. The recipe was easy, so I might use it again as a base and just punch up the flavor with different additions.

This is a tasty frittata recipe! I echo Tracy's comment regarding the rating system. You can look up substitutes on this website, using topic instead of recipe. The answer I found has a recipe for making your own creme fraiche with whipping cream and buttermilk!

Always wanted to make a frittata and this was easy and flavorful. Creme fraiche can be substituted with sour cream. Please don't give a recipe one star if you haven't made it...people decide if they want to try a recipe based on ratings.

Just made this and it is delicious. Substituted softened cream cheese with chives for the ricotta as that is what I had on hand. Served with melon wedges and a mimosa.
