The chimichurri is DELICIOUS!!!! It goes great with chicken or the shrimp. It is also a great idea as an appetizer when entertaining or it can even be used as a meal in itself!! DEFINITELY A KEEPER!

I'm about to make this for the 3rd time and even my picky son loves this dish. I cooked the chicken and shrimp on a grill pan and served this with the Orecchiette salad. I don't often make a dish more than once since I'm constantly on the lookout for something new but I find myself coming back to this one. Thanks Giada! You never let met down.

great ! I also followed others advice and cut down to 1/2 C EVOO. Next time, I will make over tri-colored pasta.

After reading some past reviews I decided to cut back on the olive oil in the chimichurri and it was a good idea. I only used 3/4 C and I think you could even go 1/2 C. But everything was delicious and really simple. I sauteed the chicken and shrimp but would like to try it grilled because I'm sure it would give this great flavor as well.

I made this to entertain my in-laws with, and it was a winner! I used thin-sliced chicken breast for quicker cooking, grilling it on my stove-top griddle. Served with risotto and brocolli sauteed in garlic and evoo. I forgot the pancettta however it wasn't missed. I'll definitely be making this again. Thanks Giada!

THIS WAS EXCELLENT. I SAUTEED THE CHICKEN IN A NON-STICK PAN AND FINISHED IT IN THE OVEN. CAME OUT LIKE BUTTER. I PUT THE LEFTOVER SAUCE OVER PAN FRIED TILAPIA A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER. YUMMY.

My friends and I really enjoyed this. The chimichurri was great. I did cut the oil in half and used regular parsley instead of flat-leaf because it was what I had, but still delicious (I actually think it would have been too oily if I used the whole amount. The chicken and shrimp were also well flavored with the oregano. I skipped the pancetta and it still had lots of flavor. It was perfect to go with the pasta that was also made in this episode.
