My mom made this for us after watching your show and we loved it! The pancetta was like little fried croutons and it put this soup over the top! My daughter made it for the family last night. This recipie is definitely a keeper! The only complaint we have is there's never any leftover for lunch the next day!

This stew is EXCELLENT! I love almost all Giada's recipes, and this one didn't let me down. My husband said it was a keeper! Definately one to try!!!!! Thanks Giada.

This was easy and very good. With some good bread and a salad it is a great meal. My family said, "You can make this dish anytime!!"

My husband and I loved this!! We used bacon instead of pancetta and I threw in a can for garlic and olive oil chopped tomatoes. Delicious!!

My family loves this recipe! I've made it several times and if you don't have panchetta bacon works just fine.

I make a lot of Giada's recipes and they have all been good, but this one was by far the BEST. It was absolutely delicious. The broth alone is amazing and the dish as a whole was good enough to serve to company. It was even good cold the next day (although not much was leftover!. This is definitely going into my recipe rotation.

Sorry Giada, this one didn't fly. Very bland, too much thyme, not enough beens. A lot of work for an average outcome.

This dish was awesome! Easy to prepare. My only suggestion is to use more chicken broth. I know people said they used the 32oz. pkg. But I still had to add even more liquid to cover the chicken, and almost felt there still could be more liquid to solid ratio! (So I added more water & it still tasted amazing. Also, in my grocery store the only chicken breasts that came bone-in were HUGE, so that might have attributed to my need for more liquid. But this is definetly a keeper!
