Giada, your recipes always have such depth of flavor, and are so well-rounded. The tomato paste and pancetta drippings create a wonderful broth. The combination of white beans, artichokes, and chicken breast is so delicious and light. The basil brightens everything. Great recipe. The garlic bread Giada made with it on the show is a must. So glad to have this recipe...perfect for delicious and easy weeknight cooking.

This was both good and filling. Will definitely be making this again-instead of artichokes I added a half bag of frozen spinach. I'll be sharing this recipe with my foodie friends.

This is so very flavorful. This recipe has got me hooked on pancetta. Cannot find frozen artichokes so I use canned. Used one Tbls of dried basil because I did not have fresh basil--probably could have used more but was playing it safe.

I mae this today after getting home from the gym. I used 32 oz. of chicken stock (in the box and also had to use canned artichokes - I cannot find the frozen ones. The chicken on the rib neded to cook longer than what the recipe states- about an additional 10 minutes. Otherwise - it's a breeze! (I may kick it up with a pinch+ of crushed red pepper.

This was such an easy dish and a nice blend of flavors. The chicken was moist and the stew hearty but not heavy. I followed the recipe except for the basil (didn't have any on hand. The ingredients are so basic that it can be made without much planning. Plan to make this again and again.

This was so delicious. I skipped the artichoke since we are not a fan. It turned out so great, especially on a cold night. This is a keeper!
