Delicious!!! And easy! And healthy!!! Ate it 2 nights in a row and I never eat leftovers. I added a little rosemary and it gave it wonderful flavor. I'm not very good in the kitchen and even I got this one right. Enjoy! Hmmmm...3 nights in a row...??? I think so!

I loved it...Just make sure the chicken is cooked until tender! Will definitely make this again. Perfect the way it is, but suit yourself by adding ingredients you like...A little pasta, hot sauce, lemon, or red pepper flakes are all good.

Great dish. You can make it ahead and quickly reheat. Lots of flavor. I changed three things: 1 I added a finely chopped jalapeno to the carrot/onion/etc mixture... just because I had fresh jalapenos from my garden; 2 I doubled the beans; 3 I squeezed half a lemon into the pot at the end, for brightness and to get half a lemon off of my kitchen counter. Actually, after tasting, I think the squeeze of lemon added a lot to the flavor. Another great Giada recipe. We'll definitely have this again.

This was quick and easy....Taking it to girls night out and cannot wait for the girls to taste this dish that tastes like it took hours to make. Elegant and rustic all in the same breathe - perfect starter for a cool MN fall dinner!

I had some expectations on how this would taste before I started. It was totally different then I expected it to be but in a very good way. I was worried it would be a very tired and boringly similar tomato based italian dish just like all the other's I've tried in the past. This was really tasty. I'm currently pretty sick with low energy levels. I started this dish extra early because I thought it would be a lot of work. I was really surprised and relieved at how easy it was to prepare. I think the most "intense" part was getting up and stirring everything every so often. I altered the recipe by including a bit of baking soda to lower the acidity of the tomato paste. This was a big risky dish for me but it had high returns and I'm really glad I took this risk. It's a great fall dish, when the weather is cooling off, it's comforting, and it's just gets better with time.

I made this tonight, and my husband just loved it. So did I, I will serve this for company with a crusty bread.

So easy to make and really flavorful. Also pretty healthy which is great considering I just had a baby 1 month ago. Since I discovered this recipe I've made it 2 times and the 2nd time doubled all ingredients to make an extra large pot. My husband absolutely loves it & it's a definite favorite in our household.

I made this chicken stew twice and both times we were so pleased with the result. The fresh flavors and light broth make it a perfect dish in the summer as well as in cold weather. It's easy to make and tastes great.
