Really good tasting burgers. Rosemary gives burger flavor and a hint of smokiness that develops a unique grilled meat taste.

they turned out better than i suspected, the mixture of the burgers made me a little nervous because they were so mushy but once they were cooking they turned out great! i would suggest having really ground up rosemary ( i made the mistake of not getting the ground up kind going to try them again with that user error fixed and I'm sure they will turn out even better this time! oh and i suggest making more of the mayo mixture if you are serving 4+ people, ran low on that :

5 stars. I have made this recipe 3 times...Here are my suggestions. The best result is on a grill pan on top of the stove. The patties are way too moist to cook on the grill outside. They were not ruined when I did them outdoors, however much chicken was left on the grill (and I sprayed the grill with cooking spray prior. Next, I reduced to 1/3 cup Mayo for the sauce, and the rest fat free greek yogurt. You will not miss the mayo at all. I toasted the buns also. I love beef, but these are very satisfying.

This is one of my favorite recipes. It's a real crowd-pleaser.
Some suggestions... Most of the time, the ground chicken and aioli mixture is a little less firm than it needs to be for easy grilling. First, watch the texture as you're adding the aioli and stop before it gets to loose. Then form the patties and place them in the freezer for 1/2 hour prior to grilling. It also helps to make sure the grill is well oiled to avoid sticking. For the bread, I've found that some nice Ciabatta rolls are the pièce de résistance.
Bon appétit!

The flavor was good but a little too strong on the herbs for me. The patties also fell apart. My husband LOVED them, though.

Fabulous recipe! I think that the recipe should say 1/4 cup rosemary, chopped -- instead of 1/4 cup chopped rosemary -- BIG difference. 1/4 cup chopped rosemary is A LOT in just about any recipe, but if you start with a 1/4 cup of non chopped rosemary and cut it up it is perfect. I suspect this is is how the recipe was intended.

May I leave another review for this recipe?
It is so tasty. We used a bit less of the mayo ingredients but it turned out the same.
Delish! A great grill-night supper, with roasted potatoes and a fresh veggie.
Mmm. (yummy noise

I made it for the first time today and it was absolutely wonderful! I prepared the recipe as instructed. The next time I will reduce the amount of rosemary. I can't wait to impress friends and family with the recipe.
