We didn't particularly like this recipe. The chicken was a little soggy and not real flavorful.

This was a nice recipe, Im glad I picked it. Simple and flavorful. As always, we all put our own twist on things so as I added the tomatoes, I added 1 Tbsp of tomato paste and 3 anchovy fillets to the sauce, also had a fair amount of oregano growing in the yard so I used fresh oregano and it was great! Thanks Giada!! You cutie!!

My family and I loved it! Just as everyone else, I added a couple of ingredients.

superb dish. Due to what ingredients I had available, I made several substitutions, and the dish still turned out wonderful.
    - used 3 chicken thighs (w/ bone and skin, and reduced rest of recipe in half
    - substituted marsala wine (using slightly less than the white wine called for, and using chicken brothh as filler
    - substituted spaghetti sauce for diced tomatoes
    - eliminated red bell pepper
    - used dried spices instead of fresh
    - served over pasta

Everything still turned out great, but next time I will try using white wine and diced tomatoes as the original recipe calls for, just to see how it compares

I am not a cook by any means and typically my wife cooks for the family. However I felt led to give her night off and try my hand in the kitchen. We all love chicken and we are fans of Italian dishes. I have always wanted to try this meal in restaurants but never have. I scurried around the kitchen trying to get it all done and before you know it, we had a fantastic meal! It was so bold in flavors and just delicious! I join the masses on this one, for one of my few attempts in the kitchen, it was super easy and tasty. Five stars all the way!
