I've made this recipe a couple of times now, both were terrific! The longer it simmers the better, I even add some mushrooms to the mix and serve it over egg noodles.

This is the easiest family favorite. This also became popular among my friends. Even without capers and basil, this is delicious. I even added zucchini and mushrooms! Good anytime especially during cold months.

This was pretty good but we spiced it up a bit. For the dredging flour, we added poultry seasoning and chilli powder. We then pan-fried the chicken in about 1/4 inch of olive oil. For the sauce, I added some chilli flakes to the onion/garlic/red pepper and I used 1 14oz can of plain tomatoes and 1 14 oz can of Italian blend tomatoes(basil, oregano, garlic. Turned out great; especially with the smashed potatoes recommended in the same show.

I've made this twice, and it's just fantastic. I use all thighs, both because they fit better in the pan and because we like them. The sauce is so good you can spoon it over angel hair as a side.

WOW! This dish was probably the best meal I have ever made for my husband. He loved it and I will most certainly make it again.

This was delicious and easy to make. I will go a little easy on the capers next time.

This recipe was easy to follow and the results were good. Everyone liked the taste, I'll keep this recipe and make it again, but next time I'll remember to put the capers in.
