I cooked it for my fiance and he loved it. The only thing I did different was add some sliced black olives (thought I saw Giada do that on the show. It was wonderful - will make it again.

Thought the dish was easy to make and tasted very good. I added mushrooms and another clove of garlic to your recipe, which only improved the flavor.
    Delicious!

This was tasty tasty cacciatore! Quite easy to do! After work today, I have time to prepare this with Giada's fried calamari and salad and still smile at guests on cue at tonight's gathering!!

This was a great dish. Easy to prepare and tasted great. I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and my family loved it!

The recipe did not say to cover the saucepan while simmering the chicken. Therefore, after cooking the chicken for at least a half hour, it was still pink inside so I covered it and cooked it another 15 minutes. The sauce was very tasty however.

Once again another great recipe from Giada. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and added a extra clove of garlic. This was a great week day meal. Highly recommend this recipe to anyone!!!

This is what you would expect from an upscale restaurant. I had leftover sauce which I used with Italian sausage and pasta the next evening. The flavor of the sauce was even BETTER the next day. Many thanks for a great recipe and a wonderfully produced program.
