This was wonderful and easy! My husband and I loved it! I did not have heavy cream so I used milk...it was still great!

This Carbonara is too rich & too eggy. My favorite way to fix & eat
Carbonara is the traditional way, minus the cream & not so__o
many eggs (1 egg + 1 egg yolk. Every now & then & usually it seems
like it's in the fall/winter, when I add just a little cream (for
the 'comfort' kick. Plus, I always add white wine & red pepper
flakes to my Carbonara (as well as basil, parsley, lemon zest,
salt & pepper! When I do add more protein to the traditional
'peasant' dish, shrimp OR clams OR crab make great additions to a basic Carbonara.

This was very tasty and easy to prepare. I served it with salad with a Lemon Vinaigrette which paired very nicely. My husband went back for seconds including the salad.

This dish was very creamy and delicious. The sauce was a bit runny, so next time I will only use 2 cups of cream and add another tsp. of salt.

Oh, this pasta dish was great. I actually used whole grain pasta, and through in some green beens.
Pasta usually isn't something that tastes as great as when you first make it, but if your re-heating it was still holds that great flavor.
