Made this recipe last night and it was a HIT!!!! My family loved it. I have a 3 and 6yr. old and they both were very happy with this meal. Specially my 6yr. old she said it was her favorite!! It is very simple to make and it taste delicious. I have to admit I got a little worried after reading a review about the sauce looking "like baby vomit". I followed the recipe exactly and the sauce came out perfect!!! so if you are thinking of making this recipe, I will highly recomemded it. Thanks Giada!!!!this recipe is going in my recipe book:

Very good! The sauce is amazing. Next time I'd use fresh baby spinach.

I went against my better judgment and followed this recipe exactly as written. Guess what happens when you add cream to boiling hot liquid? Exactly, it curdles. So we ate the finished dish and it tasted pretty good but the sauce looked like baby vomit. GROSS.

Elegant, delicious and easy! I used thin chicken breasts and cooked them about two minutes per side, also added some nutmeg into the spinach. Will definitely make again.

Just like ALL the other recipes that I have "borrowed" from Giada, this one I will make AGAIN AND AGAIN! When I realized that I didn't have heavy cream, I substituted sour cream, added nutmeg to the spinach, and incorporated it into the sauce, also. This is DYNAMITE!

I made this tonight, looked at a couple of other recipes but really trust Giada's work, Wow, was I amazed. Thank you Giada, I made it for 5 people and they love it as well, I made it with rice on the side, I guess pasta will work as well since this is more Italian style. Thanks again..

I double the sauce because my family is big on sauce. Im not staying true to italian here, but I made this the other night without the spinach. I made mashed potatoes, its was amazing with the sauce. My opinion is that mashed potates with this sauce is the best comfort food that exist! hahahaha! Try it sometime. Creamy mashed potatoes with sour cream, real butter, made with a potato ricer. Amazing combo.
