My family loves many of Giada's recipes but this one is their favorite by far. Not difficult to make. The only thing I do differently is double the sauce because they just can't get enough of it!

I made this for my husband the other night, Served the spinace and the chicken over angel hair pasta. My husband said I could make it every night! This dish was better than excellent and will become a regular in out household. This dish goes together quickly so it's terrific for any night of the week!

I made this few times, once I realized that I don't have heavy cream, and I used milk, which curdled. I made it again with heavy cream, I sautee the spinach and I mixed it with the sauce, my husband raved about it, and everybody ask me how that he eats spinach. The answer: because it's yummy :

The flavor is very good, not overpoweringly heavy, oniony etc. delicate. it did take longer than 5 minutes/side to cook breast. They were big I guess, ~3 lbs for 4. the entire thing took ~1 hour. dh liked and he is usually a grease/red meat man

This was so super simple and had tons of flavor. I got scolded for not having more available. I served it layered with the spinach on the bottom, stuffed ravioli noodles in the middle and the chicken/sauce on top. My Family raved about it.

    wow this was delish!
used heavy cream in place of whipped and it was just fine.
Served with the Spinach and white rice. We could not get enough of this sauce. Definitely not a 'Light' dish so while the recipe is a keeper, we wont be making it tooo often.

It was a quick and easy week day meal. I subsituted Sparkling non-alcoholic Spumante for the wine. It gave it a nice flavor. This was a good change in cooking chicken. We are always looking for different ways to cook meats. We get bored with the same old dinners.

We love this and make it all of the time. I make extra sauce and put in on the table in a gravy boat and my kids add "gravy" as they need it (which by the way also goes well with rice if you choose that as a side dish. you can even cook very thick chicken pieces if you just bury them in the sauce while it is reducing. For the spinach - fresh or frozen both work, but sea salt and a dash of pepper as well as a squeeze of fresh lemon juice really add a lot.
