    I didn't prepare it exactly as on tv. I made a few changes (for instance I sliced the chicken before putting it back in the sauce but used just about all the ingredients and it was delicious.

    I used chicken cutlets instead of the breasts, and half and half instead of the cream, but that is the only thing I would ever change.

    I saw this episode air on 9/11/04 and thought WOW ... that sounds good. I then made it for a party of 8 the following night and got RAVE reviews. Even my hubby who doesn't like spinach much said he would eat spinach ONLY if prepared this way. It was simple, and a sure hit with my friends. I did cut the chicken breasts in half to help shorten the cooking time. It also helped to stretch the meat a little further. You GOTTA try this!!!

    Tastes delicious fast and easy to do, it's good for a working woman that doesn't have enough time for cooking but also want to have a delectable dinner.
