amazing, fast and delicious dish. I used thighs instead and fresh spinach. I am definitely making again as my family devoured it. But who wouldn't eat anything cooking in butter?! so yummy!

So good! And so easy to make! I didn't have any whipping cream on hand so I just used 2% milk and added a little flour to the sauce to thicken it up. Delicious!!

This recipe is by far the best chicken I have ever had. It's simple but the flavors are amazing. Instead of sauteing the baby spinach i usually make a bed of it on the plate and then lay the hot chicken and some sauce on top. The heat from the chicken slightly wilts the spinach and it's fantastic. This recipe is a must try.

Delish, I had to substitute some ingredients but it was still awesome. I only had about 1/2 cup frozen spinach so used that and also spinach pasta. And I didn't have shallots so used onions. Also I didn't have whipping cream but I used about 1/2 cup of whip cream from a can, lol. I also added a little parmesan cheese. The wine I used was Riesling. My hubby went ape over it!!

This is fantastic. Very easy to make, not a lot of prep and it tastes phenomenal. Used white onions instead of shallots. I don't really care for frozen spinach (my boyfriend loved it, especially with the sauce on top, next time I will probably lay down a bed of fresh baby spinach. Also the sauce doesn't thicken, does not detract at all from the texture/taste. I will definitely make this again especially if we have company over!

I really really enjoyed this recipe. As did everyone in my household. Full of flavor and very satisfying to my palate.
