    I saw Giada make this on todays show. It looked really good to me, and as luck would have it, I had all the ingredients on hand. It was easy to prepare, and went together quickly. Just the right amount of sauce and the tomatoes were quite tasty with the capers, lemon and parsley. I served it with roasted asparagus.

    I would definitely make this again, and it would be a good company dish. There were NO leftovers!
