So yummy that even my husband, who normally would miss the breading, really enjoyed it. I didn't have any rosemary so I used Italian Seasoning. I also didn't have time to make the sauce and the store bought marinara was good. Based on the reviews, I'll try the sauce another time.

Excellent recipe! Might there be a misprint in the ingredients list for the Marinara Sauce? In the stand-alone recipe for the same sauce and crushed tomato quantity, the remaining ingredients are doubled:

    Thanks
    for the great recipes, Chef!

This is the best meal I've made in a while, and I LOVE to cook. My husband, 5 and 2 year old loved it, as did I! There is not a single thing I would do different except make more of it. I'm not big on buying 3 different fresh bunches of herbs as they always go bad before I use them, so I did use dried thyme and rosemary and it worked just fine. The sauce is amazing. I'm thinking x-mas gifts??

I love this recipe. It's my go to when I want something comforting but still healthy. I like to make double batches of the marinara so that I can freeze some to have with pasta another time. I also will make this recipe and then freeze it in individual portions- it's even better as leftovers! I made this for my dad on Father's day and my entire family loved it. I love that the chicken isn't breaded and fried- you can really taste the herbs. Thanks Giada!

make sure you cook the chicken on high heat. mine wasnt hot enough at first, and i had to leave it extra long to brown, making it thick and chewy (Tasted EXACTLY like shrimp!!
the chicken just fried in parsley+ s&p was surprisingly flavorful.make sure the marinara is tasty, and go easy on the parmesan (its strong. also, add very LITTLE butter to top it off. otherwise its just too much cheese and butter and sauce and oil! overall its good but not something to throw together the last minute. my boyfriend who loves chicken parmesan will have to test it out later. (im not a huge fan of parmesan but im eating it, its nice.

Excellent flavors, super easy to put together. I use chicken tenderloins. I add a little ricotta before adding sauce and cheese. Thanks GIADA, as always you are the best!
