My family thouroughly enjoys this dish. I have made it with different sauces and have substituted different cheeses...it turned out great each time. I especially like the presentation...looks fabulous on the table in the old fashioned iron skillet.

This was excellent. It was easy to make and very tasty. The sauce was fairly simple and had great flavor. I believe fresh herbs are key. The chicken turned out perfect. My dutch husband had never had chicken parmsean before and was thought it was very yummy. Thank you Giada for another great recipe.

The title says it all. I?m still raving about this recipe to my friends and family. One of the great things about this recipe is that it does not include and DOES NOT need the normally included bread crumbs/flour. The flavor was perfect!

A quick and easy version that is carb conscious and tasty. However, if you miss the breading, try serving it open-faced on toasted ciabatta bread with extra sauce and cheese.

I made this for in-laws and they loved it. Everything tastes so light and fresh. I served it over the lemon spagetti and that was perfect with it, especially if you don't like a lot of red sauce.

Thanks for the recipe. I made the dish for my family last night and they all thought it was far better than the breaded stuff they get when they eat out. I had one breast left over from dinner I had it for lunch on 2 slices of bread; it was awsom . I think it might have been better though on toasted French bread I will try it that way later
