    great recipe. the herbs were awesome. we put the chicken on top of soem pasta and it was great.

    This chicken was soooo moist and tasted fantastic. I will definately make this again. I served over thin spaghetti and even the kids liked this one!

    Tried this last night for guests. The recipe was easy and very quick, but I thought it came out pretty bland. Didn't get the positive reaction I usually get when entertaining with Giada's other recipes. It wasn't a disaster or anything, but I probably won't make it again. I will concede that I forgot to sprinkle the peices of butter on the chicken before baking in the oven, and that probably would have made it better. The lemon spaghetti, on the other hand, was awesome. And, if you haven't tried Giada's Chicken Piccata recipe you are certainly missing out-- easy, impressive, and scrumptious!!

    This was an easy and quick dish to prepare. I added a salt and pepper and fresh rosemary rub before I breaded the chicken.

    This was so good, but a little salty, make sure that you use unsalted butter so you can control the salt amout. Even thought it was so good I can't wait to make it again.
